I’ve been involved in the construction and grounds industry since I was 12, working alongside my father in his concrete masonry business. After earning my associate’s degree in Construction Management, I transitioned into landscaping during the 2009 recession—starting as a laborer and working my way up into management. Over the years, I developed extensive knowledge in concrete work, waterproofing, drainage solutions, and large-scale property care.

With this foundation, I built Nevarez Ground Management to provide dependable landscaping and snow removal services for commercial properties. Combining my background in concrete and grounds management, we deliver solutions that improve safety, functionality, and curb appeal, helping our clients keep their properties at their best year-round.
